The Course

What is it

The henna plant known as Lawsonia Inermis, also referred to as a henna tree, is a flowering plant that grows nearly 15 feet high. The leaves from this plant are turned into a paste and through a variety of techniques. Nowadays, this style of art has gained popularity in the western world as a temporary and painless form of self-expression. The use of henna for the brow area was quickly developed and is considered a natural alternative in comparison to other chemical dyes.

Why brow henna?

The focus on eye brows is an increasing area of the cosmetic industry where brows are being reshaped and tinted through colourant or henna, micro blading, eyebrow feathering, eyebrow make up and many others. Brow henna is an all-natural product that works both by tinting the hair as well as staining the skin beneath your eyebrows. The hair tint can last up to 6 weeks while the skin stain lasts 1-2 weeks (depending on the skin type and post care treatment). This product provides an even colour, disguising gaps in plucked or receding eyebrows as well as giving the appearance of thicker and darker hair. Unique ingredients help to nourish and thicken the existing brow hairs as well as strengthening and protecting the hair.
